The only cheapest method to measure body fat..So it's ok..You have to take multiple reading for accuracy but it's okNot exactly but you can get a rough idea about your body fat.

Completely useless product
I have thrown it away at loss. Plastic is not properly aligned and the instrument is unfit for measurement.First time i have received this one, plastic hands that i received were bent making it unusable for measurement. This happened even after i returned the product and re-ordered it but the same.thing has repeated. Please choose an alternative over this one. It's a complete waste of money
