I hate to rate this a 3 but I did not even try it out. After I opened it up it was way too small and did not measure what the measurements said unless I read something wrong. Most people will want at least a standard sized pillow to lay on and I wold say most here in the USA would prefer queen sized as most I guess would have a queen or king sized bed. This was more like a travelers pillow which I would never buy at least at this size. I really want a latex contour pillow but I will probably get one in person to make sure it is of adequate size. Thank you for your quick refund. This is one reason I love Amazon prime. The 3 star rating has nothing to do with the quality or comfortability of the pillow and since I did not even try it out I can't give it a 4 or 5 star.

the pillow is very soft and comfortable ,it's easy to carry outside. the height of the pillow is very good for my neck. it‘s a good product, u deserve it.

I bought this pillow because I had bad neck pain that wasn’t going away and prevented my head from moving side to side. Took a couple days but the structure helped my neck pain go away. It’s the only pillow I use for sleeping so I don’t sleep wrong and get neck pain. Good for side or back sleeping not for stomach sleeping.

Very surprised by the quality and comfort level of this pillow. I don’t like standard memory foam pillow that’s too hard . This one feels very plushy yet ur gives great support. Slept very well with it!

The packaging of this product is very nice.The seller is such a sweet heart,there is a eye mask in the box!This eye mask is good for traveling.the latex pillow is compressed,so it takes a minute to back to the original shape.It is not as soft as I expected but it is actually what I wanna.Very comfortable!
