Great product
I really love it. I’m actually able to stop with my basketball shoes now. Even if the floor is slippery this really helps.

Surprisingly the Best Shoe Grip I've Found!
For the price being fairly cheap and coming with 2 bottles, and the fact that it says it does not make the shoes sticky, I was skeptical that this stuff would really restore grip to my basketball shoes. Amazingly, it not only works, but it's easily the best spray on the market. I had a pair of Curry 5's that had lost all their grip until I sprayed this stuff on them. I sprayed on and wiped them off right away to clean them, then I sprayed and let them sit overnight without wiping off. By the morning, my shoes basically had brand new soles again. This stuff also works great for spraying and wiping right away (before a game, during timeouts, between pick-up games, etc.) but the best results will come from letting the spray sit over night. Everyone I let use my spray goes and buys it themselves because it works without fail every time. HIGHLY recommend this for any hooper out there, nothing will beat it: not the sticky mats, not the court-grip sticky stuff, nothing. Definitely give this stuff a try before you throw out your old b-ball shoes because they don't have grip anymore.

Works well. We got extra wear time out of my son's shoes.

Less dry rubber soles, but still 0 grip. Good for the court, but not restoring sneaker grip!
Honestly, I think this is my first product review on here with hundreds of purchases, and sadly it's not going to be anything to rave about. I collect sneakers, and clean and restore them as well. Some older pairs in my collection I've acquired (13-15 years old) have soles that are pretty dry and lost basically all traction. Doing a ton of research, I've only really ever heard of one option that people say mostly works, but it's risky. So when I found this stuff and read the claims, sounded like a safe version of exactly what I needed. Not sure how long the effects of hydrating the rubber will last, but it definitely did nothing for restoring the grip for me. Honestly, all this seems to be is a very gentle cleaner, and it's only purpose is to use on lightly dusty basketball soles to help remove the dust and improve grip, the same thing that you can do with a towel or your hand while on court. People who rave about the product aren't using it to restore old rubber and add grip back to them (as the product claims it can), they are using it to wipe off the dust and dirt that's preventing the grip in the first place, the soles still probably have tons of life but most people don't know how to care for or maintain their shoes to make them last so they just get new ones. If you are looking for a quick spray on wipe off cleaner to use for your basketball shoes on court, this will do just fine, but so will a spray bottle with a drop of soap. However, if you are looking for something that (as it claims) will restore and add grip back to your old shoes that lost grip, this isn't going to do anything for you. I followed directions, soles completely clean, masked off and covered up the rest of the shoe to be safe, sprayed, let set until completely dry and absorbed, then repeated 7 times. Again the rubber seems a bit more hydrated than before, but still absolutely no grip added. It didn't restore the rubber, it just made it less dry and brittle.

Didn't work for us
We bought this product to try to bring back to life some 8 month old basketball shoes, and some futsal shoes that had lost their grip. My kid was sliding all over the court and needed to find some grip. We applied it just as the directions indicated and it didn't seem to make an ounce of difference. Tried multiple applications overnight, and tried quick applications right before use and neither made a difference. So we bit the bullet and bought some new shoes and that made all the difference in the world. Should have just saved my money and put it towards new shoes instead of wasting it on this product... Seemed too good to be true and it was

I was skeptical but this worked amazingly!
I used to buy indoor volleyball shoes every 3 months, since I lose traction after one season and the gym floors I play are not exactly well kept. I thought I was going to be slipping and sliding forever. I tried this spray and followed the manufacturer's suggestion of first spraying it twice long before I use it and let it saturate through the soles until dry. I usually spray 2x, letting it fully dry each time, one day before I use it. I don't use it on the court as a cleaner. It makes the soles softer and gummier. I then took it to the worst gym floor and lo and behold, I had amazing grip! In between sets, I would touch up the bottom by cleaning it with spit or sweat but overall I am a lifetime believer! Where have you been all my life?

Surprisingly good!
I was a little skeptical when first used product... however, after using was pleasantly surprised... this isn't a sticky product but it isn't soapy either... it does clean shoe soles really well... I also used it quite a lot on an older pair of shoe soles I still use for indoor basketball just to see if the rubber seemed softer over time... again I was skeptical... but it does really seem to work... my suggestion would be to use it immediately on any new indoor shoe purchase and keep the rubber on shoes soft for as long as possible... dirty courts are still going to be slippery and any sticky products or wipes, etc. just give you a few steps of traction then will get immediately worse... you do need to clean the bottom of your shoes regularly and this does work for that well, but you also need to keep the rubber soft... that's what helps with traction the most... sorry for long winded evaluation but I hope this helps...
