Great bar and radically reduces shoulder stress!
I'm very pleased that I purchased this bar. I'm a former powerlifter with 2 surgeries for a torn labrum in my left shoulder and haven't done pressing for years due to discomfort. I can use light dumbbells for neutral grip presses but they still hurt somewhat. I used this bar for benching last night and had zero shoulder pain. This will be great for bench press, military press, close grip presses, rows, skull crushers, and curling movements. It's a pretty good quality bar for the price. Others that are higher capacity with slightly better fit and finish are out there, but I'm happy with this one for now. I would go heavier duty Ina commercial setting, but this is fine for my home gym. It has a 400 pound capacity, which I won't exceed these days because I have to be careful with my shoulder full of anchors. All in all, I'm happy with the bar and am thrilled that I can work my pressing movements again with no pain!

Interesting Swiss bar.
This is a pretty good Swiss bar. But first note is that handles inside are 2 inches wide. Thats axle bar wide and not always easy to adjust too in regards to regular weight handles. But it makes it more difficult to hang onto too. I like a little chalk on there for grip help. I have really only used this for shoulder presses and arm curls. Lastly the bar isint heavy at all, so be careful when racking and adding plates. Is it worth the price? Yes. Would I recommend it? Yes, but bear in mind what I have previously said about it. The end.

Great addition to my home gym
I just got this bar today and used it for my back workout to do rows. I love the width of the grips and the semi-neutral angled handles. It felt really good doing rows on the inner-most and middle handles. Definitely glad I bought this. One minor issue I had with it was that the one of the plastic caps at the end of the bar had some extra plastic on it that made it too wide for my Olympic plates. A quick shave down with a drywall knife and it was good to go.

Disappointed and lacking in quality manufacturing.
I've waited to write my review of this bar after trying it out a number of times in my workout. First off the knurling on mine is very light, and with the fat bar grips it can be very difficult to hold on to. With rows it gets slippery when sweaty, and with heavy bench press it can slip in your palms. 5 of the 6 handles on mine have a knurling, but the far handle on one side has no knurling at all, as in someone forgot to knurl it during the manufacturing. There is obviously a lack of quality control, and when going heavy on bench on the wide grip without knurling it's very slippery. The wider diameter bar can sometimes grip the weight plates a bit too much, and therefore the weights tend to stick to the bar instead of spin around it. This causes the bar to turn sometimes when lifting and during bench it makes it difficult to balance the bar during heavy lifts. You have to fight balancing the bar from tilting forward or backwards instead of focusing on pushing the weight up. I've used the bar in 3 different racks and the tolerance is extremely tight. The weights are extremely close, i.e. narrow to hitting the sides of the rack safeties or jcups when lifting and the bar should have been made to hold the weights a bit wider. There is plenty of room on the bar for weights so I suppose you could always put a few smaller 5 lb weights or even a collar on the bar first before putting on 45s. You have to be very good about racking and unracking with precision. I understand the price is much cheaper than other competitor bars, but I also didn't expect to get a bar with a handle without any knurling on it either.

Not as advertised
Was originally very excited to receive this bar in the mail. I really like the design and the 45° angled handles. Very disappointed when it came in the mail with only 90° angle grips. Would like to think it was just a mixup but not sure if I can trust ordering one of these again from this seller.

Three Stars
Nice construction but the rubber end cap catcher son the plates and gets damaged.

BEST.PURCHASE.YET
took the barbell for a test drive upon receipt & opening the package. the differing grips are ideal for extended sets training the shoulder press or bench press without direct shoulder/elbow pain. plus, it being a fat bar adds the bonus of supporting grip training. makes a great addition to anyone's collection or gym.

I like them, but it may take you by suprise
A very well made piece of equipment. I use the bar for bench pressing and barbell rows. The variety of grip options is impressive and adds an interesting twist to any workout. I purchase the angled grip bar rather than the neutral grip version to give me the option of working with my hands angled in or out. This bar does not just offer 3 grip options, it offers 6. More bang for your buck. Be aware that the handles are very thick...I like them, but it may take you by suprise.
