SZUL1/2 Carat TW Three Stone Diamond Ladder Pendant Available in 10k White and Yellow Gold (K-L Color, I2-I3 Clarity)

The pendant itself is well done; the design is simple and elegant. The box it arrived in had a broken hinge, the velvet material inside was half peeled off (the box was not crushed or visibly damaged) and the cardboard insert was placed in wonky. I've bought much cheaper items with infinitely better presentation boxes. For an item which cots the better part of 400 bucks they would have spent more than 69 cents on the cheapest Chinese presentation box they could find. I will not bore you with reiterating the previous comments about the flimsy chain. That's the first thing that needs to go.

I was delighted with the beauty and quality of this pendant! I had no expectations that the chain would be sufficient so I had already ordered another one before I received the necklace. I need at least a 20” chain and have had to replace almost every chain with my fine jewelry. I also don’t trust the chain not breaking and losing a valuable pendant.

The description said it was solid white gold and half carat diamonds they are so shiny we need to take it to a jeweler to make sure it’s real other than that the chain was garbage that will be replaced it was small money so some to be expected but also purchasing some thing you should be able to trust the description of what you’re buying

Was as expected. Gift for my wife. She loves it and has sever flattering comments on it. Chain is too small. switched to another she had.

The chain is very thin much tinner than anticipated. It is a beautiful piece and I love it

Necklace was an anniversary gift for my wife. She loved it. It is a very pretty necklace. We did replace the chain as it appears to be fragile. I would purchase from this seller again.
