This filter was no problem to install, fit perfect, has a fresh smell (not scented), and does not restrict any air flow. Better than the factory original and priced right. I couldn't believe how much crud was trapped in the old one when I got it out. I do recommend cutting a thin cardboard such as a writing tablet backing to fit the size of the filter and sliding it in under the filter you're replacing before removing the old filter then slide the old filter out without moving the cardboard just to avoid allowing any loose debris lying above the filter to fall into the blower. I read this on another review and did it. I didn't see anything fall, but better to be cautious than sorry. If you do it, DON'T FORGET TO PULL OUT THE THIN CARDBOARD BEFORE PUTTING IN THE NEW FILTER!!!

Perfect replacement for my 2021 Ram 1500. Install was quick and easy. Filter seems to be good quality and is heftier than my old filter. Air flow is still very good, despite the thicker filter media. I'm not entirely sold on the odor absorption, but even if it helps a little it's worth the price.

Upgraded filter from my original RAM model, works great and good airflow. Dealer quoted me $80 to replace and install so not going to do that when fairly easy to install. I watched a YouTube video to figure out how to get the glove box off and then it was easy peasy. I will buy again as the previous filter was very dirty after only one year.

Filter is very well made, fits just as good or even better than the oem filter, nice and tight. However, because of the extra filtration, there is a significant reduction in airflow compared to the OEM filter, or just a normal pleated filter. I’d say you get about 20% less volume with this filter. I’ll probably use it this spring during pollen season and switch to a normal pleated filter for the hot summer months. I’m still going to give it 5 stars though, as it is a very well made filter at a great price. Just expect airflow reduction.
