Just Right
This cooler is just right for when I'm out exploring the trails or hanging out with friends, keeping my beverages cold. It keeps things cold for a long time, whether I use ice packs or plain ice. Thanks Engel for another solid product!

Not just another expensive cooler
I love the integrated tie downs that don’t hinder the lid opening and the low profile of this 45 quart. Makes this cooler stand out amongst the high end coolers.

Duration of frozen temperatures without losing ground space
Stuffed full w frozen items, they stayed frozen for 36 hours.

Dose not work as advertised they lied
This cooler is no better than a cheap plastic one from a dime store. It didn’t hold ice for one day, it is junk as far as keeping things cold long. The said it would hold ice for up to 12 days but they lied. Wil never buy that name again.

Holds ice for days and has the lowest clearance for its size
I built this camping set up in the back of my Honda Element and I needed a cooler that fir underneath it (14 inch clearance). I did a lot of research and Engel was the only rotomolded cooler that came even close to fitting without majorly compromising on capacity. I had to remove the rubber feet from the bottom but now it slides in perfect. I saw a couple reviews that said it doesn't hold ice as long as advertised and those are FALSE. I tested it with a 30 pack of beer and 2 5lb bags of ice and there was still ice after 5 days and that's with us opening it to grab beers every day. It measures up to any other top tier cooler and for a great price.
