High quality
This frame is well constructed, nothing that feels loose or cheap about it. We have no problem using it to hang keys, hats, or even the occasssional jacket. Also super easy to install.

Mediocre build quality
Having lived in a small apartment, our family is all about multi-functioning. Because we didn't have a lot of space, we like things that serve a useful purpose as well as being decorative. I'm constantly misplacing my keys, so one of my favorite household items is picture frames with hooks! Mundane, but true. They can hold precious memories as well as provide a level of organization to our busy lives. The styling and build quality on this Stone & Beam picture frame is ok, but not impressive. It fulfills my functional requirement, but not my decorative one. There's a noticeable gap in the wood frame, and you can clearly see this in the Amazon photo. It makes the frame look cheaply made. Also the hooks do not look nice at all, and remind me of ones you can get in a pack from $0.99 stores. The whole thing looks like something I could make myself. The wood pieces are merely flat, with no edge detailing like bevel, chamfer, ogee, etc.I'm going to install this in my walk-in closet area. It's not nice enough to put on display prominently.

Attractive looking frame, quality could be better
This is an attractive frame with a windowpane look. I have it in "natural", which is a close match to my birch office furniture. I consider the little hooks to be decorative and wouldn't hang actual keys or items on it. And even if I wanted to, this frame does not feel sturdy enough to use as a hanging rack. Maybe a few novelties that would stay put but not items like keys that would be frequently removed. Instead, I have it in my office over a bookcase. While the frame does have an attractive look, it is not exceptionally well constructed. The glass is very thin. It is two long pieces and the photos need to be positioned evenly within the wood bars of the window pane. To hold the glass in place, there is a thin rectangle of very lightweight wood on the back and twelve bendable clips that rotate up and down. It feels like balsa wood, and it is already a little warped, so I needed to press it down firmly to get the clips back on.

Unique but with a few questionable characteristics
First, this is a clever design in a photo frame. I love the wood windowpane look. It's eye-catching and focuses the eyes to the heart of the frame. The size is big enough to be noticed, but no so ostentatious as to overwhelm. I will say, however, that the craftsmanship and materials leave a bit to be desired. The glass that sandwiches your photos in between is thin and seems like a break or chip away from happening. Secondly, the thin balsa wood border that holds the glass in place doesn't nestle into place even and flat, which means the rotating metal fasteners have to be bent to accommodate (and some of them already arrived bent upwards). In short, I'm not sure how sturdy it is.From an aesthetic point of view, the only iffy aspect is the hooks, keychain hanging hooks, if you will. Yes, it makes for a clever design, but it also limits options for placement. Now, I know that the hooks could be used for other things, and a more creative or crafty mind might find a unique way to use them for decoration, but for me, they just stick out like an oddity on an otherwise cool looking picture frame. In my narrow-minded decorative viewpoint, the only place this can sensibly hang is near the front door (or back door). I like that it's a nice, warm way of exiting and entering one's home by seeing photos of loved ones, but it's too wide for that area of my home. That means I have to place it further into the home, which seems an odd place for hanging one's keys.Overall, this is a unique idea but limited in size and durability.
