Green 8 POD 2 Strip LED Universal Motorcycle Accent Neon Underglow Light Kit

I am knocking off one star because the package states...8 pods and 2 strips. What I received was 10 pods. However, the color was correct, and the package contained everything that was needed to put these on. Pods seem to be really well made and the 3M adhesive seems to hold really well. These lights are bright and the wring was simple. The shrink tape that comes with these lights though that are supposed to be used to water proof the connections is a bare to work with, you do not get much, and it seems you need a small heat source to shrink the tape. None of this is explained in any instructions. I ended up using good electrical tape where needed, but I'm not to worried since I tend to not ride in wet conditions and the bike is in my garage when not used. Otherwise, this set is nice but would have been better if I would have received the 2 strips rather than 10 pods. I had my plans set before these showed taking into consideration placement for 8 pods and 2 strips, not 10 pods.UPDATE -- Upon putting this review in I decided to email the seller just to let them know about the misleading description. To my surprise I received an email back from them within an hour. Here is what they said "I am sorry for the trouble. We are in the middle of switching over to the 8 pod 2 strip kits. Amazon FBA must have had a set of the 10 pod kit left and you got it. I can either swap you out with the correct kit or send you an additional (4) pods for the trouble. Please let us know and we will take care of this right away" I decided that since I had already installed what they had sent I opted for just the added pods to fill in where the strips would have went. Within 3 days I had 4 pods and all needed mounting supplies. 1st off I really wasn't going for any sort of compensation, but this was top notch customer service. This seller is ACES and I highly recommend them. Do yourself a favor, when it comes to getting light effects for your ride, buy from these folks. They certainly earned that last star...I would give them another one if I could.

I recently had an issue with some lights that XKGlow had sold me on Amazon.com, let me first say thank you to them for what they did for me! The lights were mixed and matched (blue and red), one didn't work, however after contacting them they sent me a new set of light and the person who I spoke with tested all of them to make sure they all worked. Up and above the call of duty, perfect customer service if I may say so.now the lights, they are very bright, all lights are less bright in the day time so this would explain some of the review, but they are still brighter than some you will pay a lot more for in a Motorcycle shop. I got the 84 lights kit, and I almost ran out of space to put them all. All I can say is it will help you decide on the location of the lights if you look at the example pictures the kit comes with. Although the wire are not all that long, for a few extra dollars you can get some and add it on to get to where you need. I spent a little bit of time installing them and I have done this before, it's just a lot of pods to install, therefore it will take some time. There is not a whole lot you can say bad about the lights due to the price and what you will get. I hope the picture shows what they will look like at night. This is on a VTX 1300T as you can see they are very bright and are really nice to add to your bike for many reasons. A special thank you to XKGlow for going to the lengths they did to make the wrong a right. I would recommend these lights to all that want to add a little (huge) look to your bike or car. Only one adhesive thing fell off on me and it was probably because I put it at a weird spot, weird angle, and it probably couldn't stick well cause not all of the surface area was able to bond. Otherwise, everything stayed in place.Wow did not expect these to hold up as well as they do. They are bright and have not melted or anything from the heat. I tried my best to avoid hot spots and touching any metal as I wired it to my 2020 R3 and my longest commute was probably 2 hours in total of riding on a hot day. Lights still work perfectly fine and adhesion is still great. I've ridden hundreds of miles and none of them look like they've lost brightness or any wires showing heat damage. They give you a lot of adhesive and things to hold your wire so you can customize the spots as best as you can and I ended up using all of it. Get it right the first time (spend 5+ hours thinking and installing) and it seems like you're set on being a Christmas Tree at night. This mod might save your life while riding near dusk/nighttime. Worth every penny.Do not be discouraged when you have to wire it to your battery. It may sound too much to some, but it's simple and someone dumber than a banana is what it would take to mess it up.

I was skeptical cause the reviews are old but I gave it a shot and these worked out perfectly for me! Easy to install. Did take me about an hour cause I planned it out. Lights are super bright at night and you can see them during the day as well. The 3m does stick really well but if you don’t clean the area like I did it will come off. Luckily they send plenty of extra 3m stickies so you can always replace it. I love the product and will update with a night pic soon as I stop forgetting to do it lol,Please don't waste your money on cheap leds for your bike or Atv, these are the best investment I made for lighting. been on my bike for three weeks now and they are going strong. rain doesn't bother them at all. I bet the more expensive models they have with the app controlled lighting are even better. may have to get those at some point. but i am plenty happy!
