All metal, looks good, but....
The install was pretty easy for someone who has worked with plumping before. Just remember to remove the rubber O-rings before soldering the 1/2 copper pipe to the threaded adapters for hot and cold. After installation the flow rate of this faucet is poor. I narrowed it down to the end part on the hot and cold cartridges. Kingston Brass need to improve this part for better flow rate. I had to modify mine to get a good flow rate out of mine. (see pics) I am not sure who came up with this design but it is pretty poor for a 1/4 turn cartridge. If the cartridge was able to turn 1/2 of the way, I think the flow would be fine as the largest part of the end would be were the water comes in on the rubber seal, but would still be nice if the crescent hole shape was bigger to let more water through.

Nice handles, bad shower head
My wife loves these and they do look nice in our bathroom. We got the matching set for the sink as well. The only downside to this shower set is that the shower head is worthless. It only sprayed in an outside circle so there wasn't full body coverage. We replaced the shower head and the everything looks great.

Beautiful
We own an older home that we needed to update the shower faucets, so we bought a set of 2 and updated both bathrooms and these worked amazing, easy to install the directions were easy to read. they ended up turning out beautifully

Good value for less than $100
Everyone loves the white porcelain handles and I like the middle diverter knob so we don’t have that dribbly thing on the tub spout that I used to have to reach down for. The shower head is a bit weak but I have a replacement with a lift off head on a hose that’ll be handier and more powerful. A five minute fix but of course saving water is important too. And the nice thing about this type of faucet is you can control the volume of water with the left and right handles, something not always possible with a single knob shower control. It certainly was a lot of work to install along with the new tub and tiles but was well worth it.

Needed to flip cartridges
Works great with a bit of work. I did order a used one, so it may have been messed with before I received it. I had to swap cartridges (hot to cold, cold to hot) so it would work properly. Easy if you know how to. The cartridges are color coded, so that does help. Overall, great unit & no problems after I swapped sides

Lovely faucet/handles, weak shower head
Pro: - Looks great in my shower.- Handles are easy to turn (which has to do with installation as well)Con: - shower head gives very weak spray, but I always going to switch to a handheld anyway- with these handles (instead of knobs), it’s easy to accidentally bump the faucet back on. Very minor thing and worth it to me

Did not come with all pieces
So the plumber started the job thinking the package had all pieces but then we were left with no working bathroom having to cap it off when there weren’t all the pieces needed in the assembly.
