Great breading for fish, chicken and pork.
I buy packages of tenderized chicken and pork chops, mix up the batter. I use peanut oil for frying in a tall skillet and man, these are good dipped and fried. Come out looking like store bought. Just don't flip all the time.

Good product! Terrible value buying from Amazon. You can buy this at the grocery store for 2.59 and Amazon is charging $8.00. I would have returned it but Amazon wouldn’t take it:(
