I wanted to like this, and it's probably my own fault but the design just doesnt work for me. The mesh holes in the utensil section are far too big, and the general holders for the utensils are enormous. Perhaps my silverware is a bit smaller than most, but it falls right through. I also tried to use it for plastic utensils as I thought it would be great for our guest area that has a refreshment stand, but, it does not fit them, and they also fall right through. Pretty odd design.I didnt want to give it too low of a rating because perhaps it will work well for larger utensils. However, personally I had to return it and I'd warn anyone interested to be sure the size works.The quality seemed good, was weighted enough to feel sturdy and didnt look or feel cheap.

Cannot hang coffee cups without blocking other parts of the caddy. Been looking for an extension but it is an odd size thread (m7) on the post. Also the threads are not very good on caddy, nearly stripped. Overall I like the caddy for the camper but wished the center post was twice the size.

There is no possible way to hang coffee mugs on the hooks and put other items such as plates or silverware in the caddy. The pole that the hooks are on also came bent.

Ours arrived damaged with one of the cup hooks missing. Fortunately we weren't planning on using those so we kept it anyway.

Wish it held more plates then it does along with the napkins there should also be a attachment for paper towels

I couldn't screw the handle on all the way. It's crooked. I should have spent the extra money for something better quality.

I love it!!!. It was perfect for my dinner table/ centerpiece.

will not regret getting this at all.
