Was needing a new bench and was looking around the £150 mark for a decent bench. Came across this one that looked similarly built as others in that price range however with a coupon picked this up for £80. At that price its a steal. Incredibly stable and customisable. Only thing I wish if the height was reduced by like 2cm. Minor bug but would make bench height then perfect. Im only 5'9 so would likely be perfect for taller peeps. Ignore the mismatched mats... in progress of upgrading.

The bench is really steady and ruggedly built. I'm extremely happy with the purchase. There are no shoddy welds or defects and the powder coating is blemish free. Assembly was really simple, since the bench was in only 2 pieces. The back feet assembly has to be attached with the provided hardware, no problems. Would definitely recommend to others

using this 5 times a week for 2 years now. store my free weights on the bottom rails with no sagging. nothing has come lose. padding on top has only minimal wear. it is incredibly sturdy and is made of pretty good steel. the finish on it has held up very well and has only minor flakes from metal to metal contact of freeweights. The weakest link in this bench is the thin plywood under the padding, its still good for average use though and could be upgraded with thicker plywood if needed one day.

The weight bench is sturdy, Well built, and really stable during each of my workouts. Being that it is really light I can move it around the house with ease , and assembly took a few minutes and minimal effort. The multiple positions that can be changed make my different workouts much easier to do . The padding is firm , comfortable, and has good grip. Overall , it amazing for its price as it has excellent quality

It’s light and easy to move around, but supports my 250lbs well even while using heavy dumbbells or for step ups. Only used it about 40 times now but so far no complaints for the cost.

i paid $158 shipped and it is worth it. stable. got a mat to put underneath. I was so tired of looking at incline benches and every one of them has one review where they just failed. so i got tired of looking and got this flat bench. keep it simple!
