This is my first time using a product like this so I don’t have anything to compare it to but I know after I have started taking this for some reason I sweat way more during workouts I do have a little more energy after I started taking these.

These pills are definitely better then some of the other ones that I've tried. They don't make me feel jittery, they don't make my heart race and it's prolonged energy. Now as far as losing weight on these, they need to be combined with daily exercise and changed eating habits. Just think of food as fuel.

I started this to give myself a little boost. I take it 1-2x per day during meals. It gives me an energy boost, but without the jittery-ness of other supplements.

Don’t notice any difference. I’ve taken them 1x a day for over 30 days.

Seems to do what it says, I’ve been taking for a little over a week now and have noticed I’m not as snacky throughout the day as before.

Sorry people. This product did nothing for me except give me a stomach ache or nausea everytime I took it. Also I didn’t feel anymore energized or seen any metabolism boost.

Obviously this isn't a miracle pill nor should anyone expect it to be. If there's any effect in my hunger, it's very very minimal. No side effects to report though.

I really have been enjoying using this product, it was a great thermogenic effect that you can feel without any unnecessary jitters.
