Good product. It makes you full. It takes forever to eat, a bit dry. The taste is good though. I have them in my office desk as a needed if I forget breakfast.

Pretty decent macros. Good for when youre not able to eat meal on the go. I tried peanut butter and pretzel first and thought it was very tasty and then I got churro and it was even better. Peanut butter and pretzel is kind of dry and you should definitely drink with water as it recommends but churro is a lot smoother and goes down a little easier. Churro is very sweet though and would want a mix of peanut butter and pretzel and churro to break up the sweetness. Would get again.
