DeckUp Uniti 2-Door Engineered Wood Shoe Rack (Dark Wenge, Matte Finish)

Wood quantity is excellent! Lovely design n texture.. got it for an amazing price.. it was a little tricky to assemble it by ourself, but could manage.. though its a shoe rack, i use it for multi purpose storage.

Product is same, delivery was provided by deckup and they called before confirmation also I got it before expected time...It doesnot come pre-installed as there is a chance of damage during transport so they sent in a huge box piece by piece along with screws, nails etc and also they provide installation manual along with these pieces....After opening the box I found that the boards are of good quality and finishing and also heavy but the back side panels are not only 3 mm thick that is quiet disappointing...One problem I faced is that it caused me a huge trouble during assembling the 4 legs as they forgot to drill screw holes for the 4 legs and I had to do it one by one and it took time and energy...Second is one of the leg got a 5 cm crack when it got a very small hit by one panel during installation and I suspect it might have small crack on inside from the beginning as the others were intact after same hit...But I repaired the damage by applying feviqwik and it joined easily...Third problem was the screw holes for fixing door panels were not exactly on right places so panels had to adjust many times to get exact alignment...So my request to drckup is please check if all screw holes are done on exact places before sending products...Afterall they are just installation problem and so I am giving 4 stars but after installation I have no reason to hate it as the product is no doubtly awasome in this price range...

Looks ok.The quality of the product is bad.The back of the shelf is just one board. It’s got a crack in less than a month. The ply on top is peeling off already.The legs of the stand is not sturdy at all.The seller charges you separately for assembly. At such a high price for a sub standard product, assembly should be free.Assembly is not that hard. But if you’re not familiar with tools , then it can be a little tricky.Can store up to 9 shoes comfortably.(excluding boots and wide shoes)

Looks fantastic. Love the rustic finish. Got what I wanted for the price.However, the furniture is not very sturdy. Slightly wobbly when touched. So handle with care.I use it to store a few footwear that I don't frequently use.

This product is well designed, but in my experience with Deckup, damaged items were shipped. This does not seem like a problem with transit, as the outer packaging of amazon arrived undamaged.During my first order I received broken/cracked table legs which I described in my previous review as-"The legs on this product are made of brittle plastic. When I received the parcel, the packaging by amazon was intact, but 3 of the 4 legs provided were broken and cracked badly. Regardless, I built the product anyway, but realized, without the legs, the doors can not be opened for use."I also received a door with scratched laminate. In my previous review I left this description-"The laminate on the left door had a sizable blemish. I had ordered this product as it seemed quite good looking for its price. This blemish makes it look very ugly and defeats the purpose of buying the product."Further, the back is quite thin (~3mm), as mentioned in the other comments. While this is not a problem if you plan on using it as a shoe rack, it does make the overall structure a little delicate. Since the backboards are nailed in and not screwed in, this product can not be shifted from place to place often, neither can it be dismantled and moved elsewhere. Personally, this was not a problem for me, but it is something to consider if you move often.I explained these complaints to customer service and was sent replacement parts for the damaged items after much bargaining. (They first insisted to repaint the scratched laminate and did so with a permanent marker. This was disappointing). The table legs arrived in decent form, but the replacement door I was sent was for another set, with a different handle, and could not be used.Overall I would rate the product 3 stars because-1) While it is well designed, there is a problem of QUALITY CONTROL at Deckup which is conveniently explained as "damaged during transit".2) Despite the visual flaws (scratched laminate), the product is usable and currently in my room. (Although I do not think it is sturdy enough to move)Overall I would rate customer care 3 stars because-1) Their after sales service is thorough and they do not rest till you are satisfied with your purchase. I find this great and would have loved to leave a 5 star rating for this alone.2) Unfortunately, I did not get my problem sorted until the end and had to deal with a stubborn technical executive while explaining my issues. He was thoroughly unprofessional in his attitude over call and I was not comfortable speaking to customer care until I was connected to a higher ranking executive. I personally chose not to ask for a second replacement or return the product as I needed to use it urgently in whatever condition. The lady who took over for customer care was quite understanding about this and offered a discount instead.Final comments-I had a bad experience overall with the product that was shipped to me as well as the replacements.Regardless of this, I still use the product and am happy with its functionality.I would RECOMMEND this product only to buyers who are looking for a corner table to hold lightweight items (shoes/ light dresses/ make-up/ paperback books). Do not buy this based off the looks alone, you are sure to be disappointed.

Vry well product. Look wise its good.. i wish if there was a lock.. no lock provied.. back side of dis box has a one thin plywood.. breakable. Why they didn't gave d backside a strong ply.. ??

2 stars for the looks and ease if installment. Looks pretty good, and instructions were given properly.But there are so many issues.1. Not sturdy, found the board very flimsy2. Since most of the fitting points are pre-marked and sent, A lot many places it didnt fit as marked.3. If u screw it once, and then unscrew it, the hole becomes free. You’ll not be able to screw it back.4. The door hinge didnt fit into the hole given, its jutting out. As a result, there is so much of a gap when the door closes.5. The door has already started to chip off because of the way its made.6. Its meant for kids footwear only, an adult size of 7/8 and above wont fit.

Colours were not exactly as shown but it's still beautiful. It has a rustic feel and I've decided to keep it.
