I bought this jump starter battery a few weeks ago, never tought I would use it this soon. I charged it as soon as I got it and left it in my car (charged in it's case), mind you I live in Chicago and we had freezing temperatures at night for the past 10 days or so. I just had a fellow driver asking for help because his battery died. Awsome, i was wondering if it will still be able to jumpstart his car eventhough it was charged a while ago and it was in the cold. I will tell you this works like a charm, and if you leave in colder area you know how car batteries can fail when you need to get to work. This is a necessary item for car if you want to avoid paying for service to come and help you out, like I did before I bought this item. HAPPY

What good is jumper cables when you are all alone? Jumping a battery is always the fastest option for getting it running again, however, you’ll need another car and another person to help as the job will require linking two cars with jump leads. If you have a friend or family member you can call to help, give that a try if you know what you are doing, however, that might be difficult at 12 a.m. in the midnight.I left the headlight on for running for prolonged periods, and stranded in the parking lot with no jumper cables or nobody is nearby to help. If you can find such a battery, and it safely fits in your battery compartment, then that’s definitely the way to go.I immediately opened up the hood, saw that my car battery is leaking acid and corroded. Connected the red clamp to positive (+) terminal, and black clamp to negative (-) terminal. First attempt to jump start the dead battery but it didn’t start. Second attempt to jump start the battery finally worked. I thought I could crank up the battery in seconds. If you see that the battery is cracked and is leaking acid, DO NOT ATTEMPT to jump start the car as you will be putting yourself in serious danger. My car battery has 650 cold cranking amps, I’m glad that I got this 1300 peak amps and 650 starting current and about 650 cold cranking amps. If you have to jump your vehicle more than three times in a single week, it's time to replace your battery. I already used this jump starter 4 times last week. Finally I had to replace a new battery yesterday.Make sure you look up your car online to find out what level of Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) and voltage your car needs to start and run properly. A good set of jump starter should rate above 600 peak amps. Save yourself the headache and just replace the battery if you've had to jump it more than three times in a week. You won't regret it.

This jump starter actually works for my car. The batteries in my car got drained off. you can see in my video. it started my car at my first try, and also one of my friend borrow it and did it on his first try (i did not recharge after i used).on the other side, this jump starter can use as a portable power bank for your phone. LOL! a jumper starter can also be your phone charger. what a good design. i dont know who design it, but they must be smart. and it also has a led flashlight(you can turn it to a SOS mode).I can see this jump starter is used for a emergency, which thats why i bought it. 3 in 1 product. amazing product, good pricing, and small and portable, not like other big jump starter in the Harbor Fridge.

The two sides of the spring loaded clamps that attach the jump starter to the battery are connected by little plastic nubs. The springs are study, but the housing is cheap, flexible plastic. Any torque on the clamp and the clamp falls apart into two pieces that you can't get back together without a tool or two. These broke on second use (first use was a test), on my wife's birthday, leaving her stranded. Needless to say, I'm in the doghouse.I'm sorry that I can't recommend this product for the intended purpose.

This is a really time/ day saver product. I bought this product because my previous car had some issues to start. I had struggled a lot and I had to find someone to jump it most of the time. That car is already gone but I always wanted to get this type of product to avoid same situation with my new car. Anyways, after bought this I wanted to see if it really works but wasn’t sure how to try it since my current car works fine. After 2 days, one morning Car did not want to start. It was sad but also opportunity for me to try this. I normally spend 10-20 min to get the jumping cables out, find another car to charge my car but this time it only took me 2 minutes with this tool. I opened the box, made connections(so easy) and turn on my car. I was relieved because I did not have to get my hands dirty anymore. I experienced same issues 3 days in a row and this product saved my day. I also want to point that i only charged it once and it still fully charged.

This charger has been amazing. As I’ve mentioned in previous reviews I’m in the body shop business. We have several large jump boxes to jump vehicles when they die on the lot. They probably weigh 40 pounds and are very difficult to maneuver and find a place to sit while you are jumping the car. This jump starter will works fine to jump trucks and cars are like and weighs around a pound. I’ve used it for more than a week now and probably jumped 20 cars without the need to recharge the jumper.
