In my opinion any cast iron pan can be used for outdoors. Just the non colored one I would use. In my day this was practically what we used both indoors and outdoors where I lived in the deep country area of florida.

The construction of this griddle is rather simple and nothing has changed in the last 50 years that I know The item depicted in the picture has 4 burners that are U shaped (each knob represents a burner ) and each burner has its own pilot A 3/4 inch gas connector is required tapered from 1 inch pipe to ensure you have the gas volume needed There are no electronics and no moving parts other then the knobs that control the flow of gas to the burner Very simplistic and durable construction that will last for years That is all you will need to know to install and operate this particular equipment
