Have just got the bookI am a noviceI bought this due to the fact that there are not a lot of books out there to teach you electronic repair/theory understandingIv only glanced through it so bare that in mind but I agree with the other commentsIt's heavy going but in timeButIn one section it explains about resistors..feed in/out..what the reading should be ... brilliantNo point giving me an engine then taking it apart and saying...there you go🤬This book is what I have been after and although the series is expensive I'm prepared to buy as I progress..yes progress.. because apart from going into programming which seems to be the majority of books out thereI can eventually strip my tube radio and with gained knowledge.. discover what is wrongFixJob well done😁My question is why after all this time looking is there only these booksSurely the old TV repair men started somewhere 🤬

A must have for any budding electronic engineer.It is infinitely more readable than other books I have on the subject.
