Wood Discs and Blank Tokens for Crafts, 1-1/2 x 1/8 inch Wooden Coins, Pack of 100 Unfinished Wood Circles, by Woodpeckers

I used these in combination with colored adhesive stickers of the same diameter to create dual-sided tokens that match the colors of the Stables of players for Avalon Hill's Win, Place, and Show horse racing boardgame (if you have never played, it's a great large party game for a group of adult singles and/or couples). These wooden discs are well made with smooth surfaces and edges. The stickers I used were able to adhere firmly to the smooth surface and there has been no signs of peeling off. I also used a permanent fine point Sharpie marker to write directly on the wood surface for one needed game token. This also worked well with no ink "bleeding" into the wood so what I wrote on the wood surface is still crisp reading to the eye. If you have such a need, these wooden discs are top notch!

They make really cute ornaments, softballs, baseballs. They are very well made and a perfect circle.

They are clean and smooth. I use them for laser engraving ornaments.

These are not a full 2" diameter (about 1/16" small) nor are they consistent in the thickness. Most are 1/4" thick, but about 10% are 1/16" thicker. That will not be an issue for most applications, but I purchased these to go into a CNC router to engrave words on, which is a big problem! The quality is good but QC is lacking.

Okay, well here goes. I ordered 100 of these, and they were great. I didn't count them, but they were obviously well made and perfect for my purposes (geotokens). I was about to run out, so I ordered 200 more. They were a big disappointment. Not well finished, lots of knots and blemishes, got very dark when varnished. I gave feedback to Joe at Woodpeckers and he immediately sent me more at no cost to me. I haven't looked them all over yet, but they are smooth and finished like the first bag. While they'll probably bleed a little and require sealing, they'll be much easier for me to use, and even though I am not finicky, these are a big improvement over that second batch. This seller is very particular and will do his best to ensure your satisfaction. Thanks, Joe.... keep up the good work. I definitely will keep ordering these.

The quality of these disks really surprised me. the disks are not all absolutely identical in size, they have slight variations though was undetectable until I created a frame to keep the disk steady so I didn't have to calibrate for center over and over again. The thickness are pretty uniform which was the most important to me along with being sanded smooth.I had a project where I was using my laser engraver to engrave images into the side of the wooden disk as an event token. It is taking the engraving nicely, has a nice weight in the hand. Perfect for checkers or game pieces as well. Lots of applications this could be used for.Will definitely buy again and recommend to my crafting friends.Consistancy of Product:We've ordered our second round of 500 wooden disks. This is a consistent product that our laser engraver loves to burn. The only slight variation is in the width of the disk, from one bag to the next the width can be off 2mm which isn't a big deal. I've made two templates so when I get a bag that is the slightly larger I change it out to the larger one. Thank you for the quality sanding and shaping you do on this disk.I finished using my third order of 600 disks. Still a great consistant product.4th order of 600 ... i may need to ask when i hit 10 bags do they throw one in for free lol

These work perfectly for engraving QR codes that will scan properly and the images come out great. The engrave indention is not very deep so images show up with quality.

I need to correct a note I previously sent - I thought it didn't come with the proper quantity but I stand corrected and there are 100 in the package - I apologize for responding before quadruple checking ;). All is good and they look wonderful, perfect for my project.

Multiple discs were broken on arrival. The package was not damaged at all which makes me question the quality of the product.
