I'm giving it four because it's probably somebody's cup of tea, just not my family's. It very solid instead of more pourable like most honey is. The taste is odd to us but that is probably due to the exotic nature of the pollen and that it's 100% organic and wild.

I got a bottle of this honey as a birthday gift. First taste and I was instantly hooked! It the only honey I put in my herbal tea. It is hard to find locally so I'm thrilled that I can always find it here.

I have bought this honey in a store several times and loved it. When I ordered & received this “white honey” it was as brown as molasses. I sampled it and it tasted and smelled awful. It was like someone put Pepe Lopez Tequila in a Patron Bottle.

Bought this particular honey for my Mother in Law overseas and the entire family loved it! They said it was the best white honey they have tasted.

Was Hard and Crystallized on arrival.

I love this honey.. I buy it at my supermarket all the time. I don't know why it's called " white ", anyone can see the true color in the jar, but I have tried all 4 honey versions, all are delicious, and this is one of my favorites. This is not a honey for snobs..it is a great value as well !!
