Garbage. They were bearable at best in my Jordan 4s, and slide around inside the shoe for Jordan 5s. They are cheap plastic that will most likely break after wearing them twice like mine did. I’m sure they work for certain people, in certain shoes..if they are trimmed properly. But your guess is as good as mine what that secret combo is. They did do the job of keeping the shoes from creasing for the most part, so maybe there is hope..
