Benefits will only be apparent in the future, in my opinion.
I started taking these supplements to reduce problems with early stages of dry macular degeneration, not knowing if they would make a difference but was happy to take them in the hope that they would. Unfortunately, I reacted badly by getting on a sore on my lip and a bad bout of dermatitis on my hands which I can only assume was due to this product. I had taken lutein before and at that time got very bad mouth ulcers. If you do not react badly to this tablet, it would be worth taking I expect but be aware that you may have a reaction.

Easy to swallow
I have used these for quite a long time now recommended to me by my optician. When I saw them on discount I snapped up the chance to buy 6 months supply. Well pleased with the saving. Delivered within 2-3 days of ordering.

Works for Me
50+ noticed reading close up items ( mobile etc ) were getting a bit blurry. Visited optician who said I need to start using bi-focals.. Didnt like the sound of that, So, Looked at eye supplements. Although they cant(?) improve focus they are proven to help increase night vision / low light vision. Since I noticed it was easier to read smell print in strong light I gave them a try. I used a supplement called Eyesight RX which was very effective ( but expensive ) but after a month of use things recovered. Noticed blurry vision recently so decided to try these ( in combination with other product on amazon - vitabiotics uktra bilberry, lutein & zeaxanthin ). After about 4 days I would say the blurryness has definitely improved a lot. WOrth a try. maybe with the other product which has additional stuff in them..

Amazing! I'm going for the third order.
I feel so blessed have found them. I have dry eyes and I'm losed sight I was diagnosed of glaucoma in my left eye, after a couple of weeks of taking them I feel the improvement of my sight and no more dryinees as it was for mi a long time problem.. I'll keep talking them if needed. Thanks to Amazon
