Pay attention to the small details!
First, make sure you order right pads and rotors. Only about 1/4" difference so read details carefully! Also, Amazon may say these parts fit your car, but I double check with another supplier.I started using (Evolution/Power-Stop) in 2008 when they became available to my wholesaler. The prices were cheaper so I expected poorer quality, but I started using them on people's vehicles I knew. To my surprise, no complaints and they lasted on average about 5 years.I am still a fan of Wagner Quiet Stop pads, but I use Power Stop on 90% of vehicles I repair now.To all of you 1 star raters, you would have better luck if you took the time to sand/grind all contact spots of all brake components, especially the wheel bearing hub face & outer ring. Also clean all rust under tension clips. Brake pads should just slip in, not hammered in because they are tight! Correct underlying problem! Also make sure pins slide easily. Even if they do, must be removed, cleaned, and lubed with silicone or Sil-Glyde. NEVER USE ANTI-SEIZE! I ALWAYS FIND THESE SEIZED BY NEXT BRAKE JOB. TOO HOT! Clean rubber boots and use same stuff inside and out to promote suppleness. Also clean where caliper bracket mounts to knuckle, both parts. Same with caliper ears and give a light coating of silicone to slow rust regrowth on all cleaned surfaces. All those things listed above lead to what is called "stacked tolerances". Rust or dirt may only cause each part to be off 0.001"-0.003". but when you add them together, along with the new rotors allowing 0.002" run out, you may be starting off your NEW BRAKE JOB WITH 0.008" RUN-OUT or more! No wonder your rotors pulsate when you just throw on the new rotors and pads after 3 months or whatever.I could do a brake job like this in 15 minutes. But this 2013 Rav-4 was rusty, and with 2 seized slide pins, this job took 1 1/2 hours TO DO IT RIGHT! And I have been doing brakes for 30 years, and I am ASE Certified.1 last thing. NEVER PUSH OLD BRAKE FLUID BACK THRU THE ABS SYSTEM AND TO MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR. WANT TO RISK RUINING A $1000 PART? Open the bleeder screw and push out old fluid that way. No chance of problems. Besides, manufacturers recommend new fluid at different intervals. If your brake fluid is green, flush entire system. Too many copper ions.

Too big for a 2016 Toyota RAV4
The pads they sent me are too big for my 2016 Toyota RAV4 LE. Amazon said it would fit. Might be a computer glitch. They look like the same part buts just a little too long. Ordered a refund.

Did not fit
Put in the correct information on the car, and at least the rotors were way too big. They are being returned.

After several thousand miles including some towing - working well.
These fit our 2010 Rav4 Sport V6 perfectly, the quality at installation looked good. (metal finish, lack of rust, fit of all pieces)Now, after several thousand miles of driving including a cross-country trip towing a trailer weighing in at a bit over 2000lbs, I can say I am happy with this purchase. The rotors have held up well with no warping/pulsating pedal, the pads look hardly used and the brakes are quiet.Bottom line - Yes I recommend this kit if your Rav4 needs front brakes, or the pedal is pulsating.

Rusts before you get it
These are piece of s***. Rust was on these when I got them, put them on my car and they rusted over within a day. When I asked the seller they claimed they rusted because they’re not coated. I call BS, I’ve bought plenty of rotors without a protective coating and they do not rust so fast. Poor quality and will have to buy new rotors because of them. They asked me to provide pictures of the rust which I did, then they said I need to take my wheel off and take a picture to show more detail. Are you serious???? Yeah let me just bring my car to my garage quick, pop it up on a jack, take all my lugs off and calipers just to send you a picture?? Steer clear of these if you want to ensure your safety on the road. Will never buy again!!
