We bought and installed these a month or two ago. I loved the ease of install, the aesthetics and durability of this product for securing the floor end of my barn doors. We will use this again! We bought hardware kit and diy made from lumber our doors, but when it got to the step for the floor track, the tiny piece included with our fancy hardware track was flimsy, hard to install and required using a router to make a channel the whole way down the center of the bottom of our door. Way too much hassle SO WE BOUGHT THIS INSTEAD. Not only was it much simpler to use. But we also love how this looks and feels for durability and style. Well worth the separate purchase. Wish these were standard with hardware kits, but we were quite impressed with it. We bought several because we built multiple barn doors and we would buy them again in future if we need to.

Super easy install even though we had to chip down some of our slate floor for an even, flat surface. Guides our sliding door very smoothly. We did put a felt pad on the backside of the unit so the door remained slightly forward and away from the back of the unit. We needed to do that because our door had to clear some baseboard trim on the other side of the opening. Works perfectly.

I made a barn door and use this as the track. It’s very sturdy and holds the door in place well. The door is about 80 pounds. It runs smoothly and adjust easily to fit different sizes. Good value for your money as well.

Finished the barn door on the new kitchen pantry. Last step was the bottom rollers. Assembly was quick (with many many options to fit your particular need!) and on to the floor they went. "Perfect!" I thought. Until my wife tried it. "Why is it so noisy when I move the door?" "Well," I said, "the door is hard wood and the rollers are hard plastic." Her question to me was; "Well, you can fix that, right?". (sigh...) "Yes dear." A little thought and I figured out that if I put some 1/2 inch neoprene tape (1/8th inch thick), the type used for replacing door and window gadgets, it just may work. And it worked wonderfully. Happy wife, happy life!

Replaced missing one on my pole barn door.Kind of a pain to install, mostly because of being an old barn.Once on it works as it should.

This was a well worth the price for what I wanted! It’s fittings with different options allowed for me to pick what worked best for the door I built. The only down side which is not a big deal is once the bolt was tightened down all the way it was 100% level. It was off a tiny bit but with it being screwed into the wall it did not effect it too much.

I was looking for a bracket that is adjustable and sturdy (because my dog could knock the other one off the bracket). This has an adjustable knob on both sides. You can adjust the height of both and also how far or close together you need them to hover the door. This was important for my purchase because I have a light switch behind the barn door and it couldn’t be flush with the wall. It’s very sturdy and does not get in the way. I would buy again.

Marketing genius, advertised in the pic as a pair but your only getting one. I bought the track for the door from same company and was impressed with the hardware. Overall impressed with the sturdiness and beefiness of the piece. But I did have to order a second one.
