The user profile is called "customer"
The computer arrived and the user profile is called "customer", which is beyond ridiculous. Imagine starting the computer and seeing the profile named "customer" every single time. I've found a way to edit the name in Windows, but that doesn't correct the folder name on the disk. I can't understand the logic. Something like "user 1" would have been a lot more appropriate than "customer".

No seller response
Great value but nocked a star of as the hard drive is extremely loud I did message seller but had no response also computer came with loads of unnecessary programs installed and had to completely reinstall windows

Great PC for office/Simple gaming.
Slim and compact. Runs like a dream, so easy to set up. DVD RW and 4 USB ports on the front make easy access. Graphics are onboard, play simple games, and plays videos/movies no problem with VLC player. Sound quality is good. Comes with clean Windows 10 installed. Excellent value for money. My wife loves it.

Not the same specs as the picture
The picture shows more usb ports on the front than there were and an hdmi port at the back which there wasn't. It was also a bit more bashed up than I was expecting (I have bought refurbished pcs before and this was the worst looking one I've had). However, it all appears to work and we needed it urgently so have kept it. I just think it's worth warning people not to rely on the picture.

Excellent value
As an extensive and experienced user of IT systems, I was slightly apprehensive about purchasing a reconditioned desktop - need not have worried. Excellent vfm for what I required - a working second PC with up to date software and OS on which to manage thousands of photos and routine domestic admin. Why spend circa £800 on a new equivalent?For peace of mind I also took the £20 warranty offered by Amazon; hope I wont need it but have the cover.

Unuseable!
Tried to set the box up. All went well until it asked for a Business email address from a company I had never heard of? I tries to use my email but it would only accept an email from this "Company". What is the use of a PC that will not run unless you have previously got a business email address from a company you have never heard of? I tried to contact the "Help Desk" but there was no one there? Gave up and returned the box. Life is to short to deal with problems like this!
