I like to wait before giving reviews so that I have time to see if things work or not and give a fair opinion.I've been taking these daily for nearly 3 months and I'm already noticing significant results in my memory.I'm in my early 50's and very active but I was noticing for the past few years that I wasn't remembering things I should; can't think of words I want to use, things like movie titles, forgot to get things at the store that I actually went there for, etc. and would lose track of where I was in in a conversation if I got off onto a different trail of thought to describe other details which gets pretty embarrassing.It doesn't help that both of my parents and a grandparent had forms of dementia or altzheimers, so I know there's a higher risk involved.I was taking another supplement for years that I finally came to realize wasn't doing anything, so did some homework and found this one that I wanted to try.I took 2 pills the first few days then dropped down to 1 per day - within a month I was noticing that words were coming to mind more quickly and easier, I was remembering items on my lists and most importantly, I actually remembered my original train of thought and went right back to where I left off in a conversation.I was so amazed that I actually made a big deal about it to my friend on the phone just the other day :D :)I also appreciate the price point. They're affordable to take and that's very important to me in my financial situation.I plan to continue buying this brand, I can't be happier with the changes I'm noticing at this point.

I needed to supplement choline in my diet. This is a natural form of choline which is a metabolically available for digestion. I have had good results with this phosphatidylcholine which I take in combination with other B-complex sources (nutritional yeast and brewers yeast).

I ordered this supplement for brain health; maybe it will help with occasional brain fog! I tried another formula by a different company that had other ingredients as well, and it made me feel perky, but a bit speedy. I love that Double Wood supplements are third party tested for purity and the Certification and lab reports are right on the web site. Yes, it's distributed in the USA, but where is it manufactured? That is the only information lacking in an otherwise transparent product.

Good product and good price. Would recommend.
