Yet another Vacuum Leak Solved
For my '03 TDI, I have had vacuum leaks. After replacing all hoses, I experienced improvements. Yesterday, I discovered yet one more. Upon replacing the Crankcase Vent Valve and hose, the related hose just tore apart; it was dried out and cracked. On a YouTube video, a valve cover vacuum leak affected performance. With the replacement, the TDI's performance is improved.

Well it didn’t break while I installed it!
Even though at first inspection, plastic to seem cheap and flimsy I was about 99% sure it was gonna break on install but surprisingly it did not. Not a bad part for what you’re replacing and seems to do its job. Check engine light is clear and I got my v line fixed

Perfect!
Couldn’t believe I found this random part for my 2001 vw beetle (1.9 tdi). Over time the rubber grommet tore itself and that’s what I really needed out of all this, but for under $20 why not replace the whole thing. Great part!

Does what it's supposed to do.
No instructions. But if you just put it back the way the other one comes out.

Caused error code of excessive recirculation
I needed this item mainly for the pipe connection mine was worn out but figured I would replace the vent as well. Check engine light popped up after install and knew what the issue was after getting codes back put original vent on with new pipe and codes cleared after a few minutes.
