Good value and very sturdy. Took about 1 hour to assemble. Previous reviewers and the product photos note the holes for the 4x6 are not properly located. Seems the mfg took care of this as our brackets have the holes located in the corners. The included lag bolts are galvanized which some reviewers noted is not correct for pressure treated lumber. The chemicals in the pressure treated lumber will cause the bolts to corrode and potentially fail over time. Use of stainless or ceramic coated bolts would correct this problem, but will add cost. If this is a concern, you might price Stainless hardware or consider using non pressure treated lumber. The bolts were about 3/8 diameter by 2 inch long, a 13 mm socket fit the head of the bolt best, so they are likely metric, but this isn’t a rocket ship. The 4x6 fit very snug into the bracket and one side required a bit of encouragement from a mallet. We actually resorted to a 2lb sledge with a scrap piece of wood as a buffer to prevent damage to the bracket and its nice paint. Very happy with this product. Some ceramic coated or stainless lag bolts is really the only improvement needed. Note: fresh pressure treated lumber will be wet and swollen, you might need to shave some material off the ends of the 4x6 to make it fit in the brackets or purchase dry lumber.update: Several months in and it still looks and functions as it should. Plan on burying the legs or use earth anchors if your kids are more than 50lbs and/or like to swing high. It will wobble a bit with larger kids, not dangerously, just potentially concerning for some weak hearted parents, the kids actually enjoy it rocking a bit.

Amazing heavy duty brackets, setup couldn't be simpler. The brackets and wood necessary are heavy, not a job for just one person. I would 100% purchase again, however I shouldn't need to because they appear to be that well made.

Very sturdy and affordable. We were able to build my son a swingset for his birthday and he loves his swing. We live in Kansas so we have unpredictable weather and I know the swingset will hold up.

Awesome brackets! Works great and easy to assemble. I used 4 pieces of 4x4x8 for the legs and a 4x6x8 for the beam. The brackets are really strong.

So far so good. Built within an hour or two and taking my time. Easy to build with brackets. Seems pretty sturdy too. Depending where you put you might need anchors for the bottom legs on the 4x4’s but it’s good quality and will last years.

Definitely heavy duty. Had one 4x4 opening bent inwards but was able to hammer it back straight without messing up the paint. One man job and I did have to sand one the boards due to swelling then fit perfectly. I know during any hurricanes, it will still be standing.
