A value replacement
For the $6 and change it is a good value replacement. I found that mine is a bit snug and you need to pull the level strongly to get it to plug all the way and push hard to get it to pop out. It was very easy to install. I would have liked some more detailed instructions on installation on the packaging but it's fairly intuitive. The best product out there, certainly not. Does it work, it does.

Better than my original stopper
I recently replaced the plumbing under my sink, but was annoyed that the original pop-up would come-up at an angle so that the water didn't flow well. I figured it wasn't long enough and bought th eWaterWorks sink pop-up.Unlike the original pop-up that came with my plumbing, the WaterWorks fits the drian pipe a little tighter, so that the WaterWorks pop-up goes straight up and down. Unlike the original stopper, there was no wobbling and no leaning to one side. Basically, a perfect fit. As a result, I didn't even need to use the bottom hole on the pop-up, just the standard length hole above it.Now for the fine details in case you are a little OCD like me. First, the plastic fins very lightly rub against the side of the drain pipe. However, it does not seem to stop the stoppers movement and the "friction" is actually far less than the friction of the rest of the levers that lift and lower the pop-up. In fact the tight fit is why the pop-up worked better than the original and did not wobble or lean. If the slight rubbing bothers you, you can reduce the fin ever-so-slightly with sand paper or a razor, but it probably isn't necessary.Second, the metal stopper sits slightly on top of the drain instead of being completely inside the drain as my original stopper did. However,it still stopped the water 100% and it still looked pretty good, so mission accomplished. I cannot rate durability, but if your original stopper is also plastic, then I suspect this replacement pop-up stopper will last at least as long as the original. Also, if it turns out that you need the extra length, you can use the bottom hole and won't need to go out and by a different stopper.

Junk…Poor quality product and defective out of the box
Very cheaply built. The “chrome” metal portion of the stopper is press fit onto the plastic stem, and the one I received wasn’t attached.
