Breaks in transit
This is a beautiful and high quality product but unfortunately in the uk anyway, they send it packed in a flimsy bag. I've ordered two now and each time, the plastic pegs holding it together have sheared off in transit. They've immediately refunded, and I'm really grateful for that, but unless you have a guarantee that they will pack properly in cardboard, you are not going to get an intact one of these easily.
