The media could not be loaded. I bought this item just before COVID-19 pandemic. Installed it and seen that cold water is worm. I spoke to Paul from Avalon customer service, he kept following and finally sent me a replacement unit. I received the replacement unit yesterday and installed it today. This is a company behind its product, I suggest it.Hot water is hot enough, cold water cold enough, great water dispenser.

I purchased this dispenser 2 years ago & it worked fine until recently. First the hot water stopped, then the cold water and eventually the entire unit stopped. Tried contacting Customer Service numerous times and the only way to get a response is email. They tried emailing instructions to troubleshoot several times but after I’ve taken the entire unit apart, they claim that there’s nothing to troubleshoot and must buy a new one. Seriously?! After reading other reviews, I see it’s this company’s poor business practice to make units that stop working within 2 years and force customers to buy new ones. I wouldn’t take this dispenser even if it was free. DO NOT BUY!

Set up was super easy. Within 30 minutes I had cold filtered water that tasted great. No more buying bottled water or having to refill 5 gallon jugs of water.

This water cooler works great and easy to install. We love that this only takes 2 filters instead of the 4 our old one needed. We liked it so much we purchased a table top one too.

After purchasing a second I can saw with confidence this is a bad buy. The first unit quit working after a week. The second is leaking everywhere. The leak is from within the unit. We emailed Avalon last week and have had no response. I wish I would have went to home depot and purchased a cooler that takes the 5 gallon jugs. The filters are expensive and most importantly it does not last. Do not waste your money!

Like the unit in my house accept shipping company sucks with no regard for customers money spent!

This is precisely what I wanted. I started remote working more days than office working and was frustrated trying to keep hydrated using the refrigerator's built-in water dispenser. This dispenser has a larger fill area and a better flow rate than my alternatives. The water is cold and is as fresh tasting as other filters.It's pricey, and so are the filters, but it's a splurge I don't regret.
