Works Great
Really like this anchor. I have one for each of my jet skis and it holds them will even in windy/rough conditions. Light weight and compact. Much better than using a sand bag or tie out pole.

Great...until it wasn't
I loved this anchor, right up until I didn't.The good: I've been using this as a dinghy anchor to replace a 15lb mushroom. The mushroom didn't work well in Bahamian sand. This worked great!The bad: The tip broke off yesterday. I was using the anchor in soft sand to keep the dinghy off the beach. After a bit I noticed the dinghy turning and the anchor dragging. Pulled the anchor up to find the tip broken and hanging by a thread.Never saw a rock or anything else. And even so, it should had been able to hold up. This was a small load in calm conditions.Look closely and you'll see there was a small internal void. Seems to be too small to induce this kind of failure, but maybe...The anchor failed on only the 6th or 7th use.Edit: After posting my review I reached out to the company and made them aware of the failure. They responded with apparent concern; I was encouraged that they were going to make it right. Had that been the case, I would have changed this review. But, alas, after their first email they ghosted me.

Great idea and design, poor quality
The anchor I received had exposed metal which should be fully enclosed in plastic and burrs all over. It really looks like a kid built it with no QC. I’m really disappointed with the quality. Although I think the idea design of this lightweight plow anchor is great.

Not strong at all/ poor design
First one came thrown in a box, broken. Not a good look for an anchor that would see a lot of abuse. I dont like the design at all. It is thin plastic at the tip around a lead weight. If it couldn't even survive delivery, i have no confidence it would survive on a boat. Good luck if you buy this.

The anchor is too lite set.
I purchased the anchor and 6’ of chain for a float plane, because of its light weight. But after scoping out the anchor line I couldn’t get the anchor to set. Tried multiple times too. Dove to the bottom and tried to set it also, but it just pulls out. I was trying it on Sandy bottoms. Don’t waste your money.
