I have to take 3-4 of them to notice a difference. However, as someone who suffers from neck pain and migraines, several of these and a coffee are helping me take less prescription medication which is a huge win! PS: they smell terrible, that is normal so don't be alarmed. :)

Helps deter moms anxiety attacks during the day. She's 94 takes 3 tablets at once one or twice a day as needed. I include small amounts of powdered inositol, Gaba, niacin, magnesium and vitamin c. But at sundown is not as effective and then she needs prescription xanax less than .5 mg.

I learned of Formula 303 through my chiropractor probably back in 2013 if memory serves. It was to take the edge off of my lower back pain. I ended up have lower back surgery in 2016. I'm still taking Formula 303 to ease my back's tired muscles from my daily activities to give me better sleep.By the way, the smell is quite strong when you open the bottle. That's normal. I learned to ignore the smell.

This product has met my requirements. I use everyday twice a day. I have reviewed this product before.
