Great pasta flour
Had so much fun doing a dinner date with this flour it came out really great and tasted very good. It was just very easy to do and we had fun making our own pasta. One cup of flour to half a cup of water and mix the dough. It came out really tasty and we had a blast!

Great added to pizza dough
I discovered a pizza recipe from pizzaculinaryacademy for NY style pizza dough on youtube. It called for double ground semolina to be added to the flour. The result was the best dough I've ever worked with. It was so easy to work and stretch. The taste was great. 675g flour, 75g semolina, yeast, fine sea salt 21g, olive oil 12g, water 450g. The semolina was the ingredient I had not added previously. I think I found the secret ingredient that I will be using from now on. It is so fine and smooth.

great fair price and love the semolina flour for pasta making, the texture is perfect!

Issues with the zip lock seal
This is a fine grind semolina flour that is great for pizza dough or pasta. Flavor is great. Item arrived fresh, but I do not see an expiration date on the bag. One fault I found is the zip lock seal on the bag is very narrow and I couldn’t get it to lock and seal, which means having to use another ziplock bag or air tight container to store in. A functioning zip lock seal would make me select this product over a competitors.

Good quality fine semolina
I use this for dusting loaves and keeping them from sticking to the kneading board or transfer peel. Does the job.

Good for homemade pasta!
This is good for homemade pasta. We mix this with water to make cavatelli, and they are delicious. Sometimes we mix this with 00 flour for other types of pasta.

It gives the bread a more crispy texture which I like.
I like the semolina flour mix, with whole wheat flour it makes a nice texture bread good for toast and sandwiches.
