Definitely if you are looking for medicine without so many chemicals and more... This is perfect. I live in another country and I don't have the remedy that I have always given to my children. Love hylands products. Can't say that these necessarily work because my daughter has still had a runny nose for days and developed a cough so we changed to a cough medicine but I'll keep these on hand for future runny noses.

Whether or not they actually help, I can’t say, but it’s the only medicine my kid will take when the boogers come to visit.I don’t like that I have to give these every 15 minutes, but I give them to the kid before school and they don’t complain about being stuffy or runny while at school.

I have used this with both of my kids, they don’t like it at first as it’s foreign. But they let me give it to them and it works instantly for the stuffy nose. Makes everything immediately start to move. Give it then suck out boogers. Or get them to blow their nose. This gets all that “crud” moving.
