Believe in St Joseph! The pray works if you believe.
I had my house on the market for over 2 months and I had two offers below the asking price. On the day I received my St Joseph kit I received an offer again below the asking price. I heard once that burying this guy in your yard helps sell your house. After having a house on the market for more than a year, I took a chance since it was cheap. Within 3 Mo. my house sold. Gave this to a friend, her house sold the following month. As a side note, the story of my house was from 2016, so there wasn’t a housing market boom happening at the time.
