Is it possible to just buy individual bins so I can customize the layout of a case?

How well sealed are the individual containers when the lid is closed? If you have washers in there, flip the box and shake it, will they stay put?

I've used this set up for over a year now. I've never had any issue with the items mixing in separate containers while the boxes flipped or move around. I carry a lot of small items in mine and through transportation and carrying and moving around on the job site they stay put. It's a pretty good system all around.

Do the i-box stack or must they go into an L-Box? Is the right thing for stacking to stack the L-Box's?

They don't stack on their own. They have to fit into the L-Box.

is there a warranty on bosch iboxx 53, i bought one in 2014, the plastic latxh broke?

Don't seem like it mine melted in the sun and they did nothing for me
