I would highly recommend only starting with one capsule since these are super effective at cleaning you out. I was not very regular before taking these and now I’m going every day and have pretty easy movements. Also feel much less bloated now that I’m actually going daily.I did make the mistake of thinking I could handle 2 capsules after about a week of taking them and I was unfortunately wrong. This resulted in a super cleanse. Unless you need to go get a colonoscopy, I would not recommend doing this.

Those pills really help. I was looking for supplements to help regulate bowl movement and those did the trickYou take them before going to sleep so it gives them time to work the magic for the morning

This product works by taking 1 pill at bedtime or my last meal at around 5-6pm! Do not take 2 like it says on the bottle! If you take 2- your stomach will start cramping and you will be stuck to the toilet. This product works too good!On my 2nd bottle- 1 works well for me after my last meal at night- it kicks in the morning when i wake up!

I would recommend you to check with your doctor.To see if you can take this with other medication you take. It is not long term. I was taking it and it was working but I had to stop taking it because I was getting a rash. But for the people who take it or wanting to try it , it works

I really like this product. It's not just about the detox, but also the extras - the prebiotics that support a healthy gut. The herbal laxatives were gentle and effective. As a health-conscious person, I appreciate that it's gluten-free. The safe digestion aspect is a major bonus. I'm impressed and would definitely recommend it!

I took these on 04-28-2025 and didn't feel anything so I was going to write a bad review. However, when I woke up the next morning it hit me like a ton of bricks. Without being too graphic I’ll just say it definitely clears you out. Make sure you properly hydrate while taking these also. Lastly it might be a good idea to be near a restroom. 😂

These are dangerous. I don’t know whether to give a full 5 star review or 0 stars bc omg they work but omg it hurt. I am a chronic constipation sufferer and have tried every fiber supplement from miralax to magnesium citrate. THESE are otherworldly. Aside from the excruciating cramps they gave me, I am cleared out from top to bottom. I would not recommend taking these daily, they should strictly be a last minute option. I would say they are a step above magnesium citrate on a strength level. Please be careful omg.

I decided to try these to help increase fiber and also cope with the effects of my very high protein diet as a result of weight training. I highly recommend starting out with one for at least 2-3 weeks as others have suggested to see how you feel. Sometimes I do have to take 2 which is when I do experience more cramping but either way, I avoid the painful constipation due to the high protein consumption. One usually keeps things regular without the extra side effects, 2 is occasionally needed but does have some of the extra side effects. Either way, I’m never having to like run to the bathroom. I take one every day with the rest of my vitamins and supplements and this has been a game changer.
