Love the edging and hate the flimsy steaks to hold it down. Will break off very easily during installation.

Stakes are very fragile when installing. Otherwise very good product.

I installed this mulch border this past weekend and it was easy to roll out in an area I had already weeded between the lawn and a bank full of plants. I appreciated how easy it was to roll out and the durability of the product seems sound. I am hoping that it lasts for a very long time and that it will create the barrier necessary to keep grass and clover from growing into the plants. On criticism is the stakes are useless. I tried to drive two of them into the ground and both broke. I ended up using a few metal stakes that I had on hand from a previous project. Fortunately, it is a heavy border, so for my purposes, I think it will only need to be staked at each end.

I think this product is awesome. My mulch on a hill kept washing away during heavy rains and edging didn’t help.I nailed down several strips of this and it works great and looks good!

I really loved the idea of using a recycled material as a buffer between my mulched gardens and grass so that when we mowed we would not spray the mulch into the yard.Due to the initial expense of each roll, I added it to my subscribe and save and have been adding rolls to my garden edging every month since last summer.The pegs that come with the roll are totally useless. They all break no matter what your do. So I purchased metal pegs in addition to the rolls and thought I was good to go.The first rolls I laid down a year ago are now deteriorating and breaking apart. They do very little to control weeds underneath, as a lot has grown through the rubber as well. This defeats both purposes.I wish I could return all of them. DO NOT BUY!

I mean, they look GREAT.Pros: easy to put down, low maintenance, bends with curves in the sidewalk, will probably last for years.Cons: they split easily. I flipped one upside down because I laid it out wrong and it snapped. Not a huge deal because they’re kind of made to go together seamlessly regardless of where it ends, but dang, didn’t even put up a fight before breaking. Also- comes with the JUNKIEST plastic stakes EVER. They’re like 8 inches long and bend/break/snap before you get them 1 inch into the ground! Why do I need these giant stakes for a little rubber mulch? What kind of trauma do you think this mulch is going through? I gave up on the stakes and left the mulch just laying in the little gully I dug for them on the side of my walkway and in two weeks, it hadn’t budged a centimeter. Psh.

Used rubber mulch border lining small trench to absorb water around house. Works extremely well. Have bought several times for other areas.

The spikes are horrible and bend and break easy. Very thin and flimsy. Had to go to the local store to buy better spikes. The minute you use a rubber mallet the heads break off. Material breaks apart and rips when you go to move it. Would not recommend or buy again. Not worth the money.
