Works well
This is genuinely the same as the photo, works perfectly, is a tad loud when the step hits the bottom but nothing overly annoying.Worth the money

Low range of movement. It does not move as smoothly as was to be expected.

Small and compact
Positives: You can use this stepper practically anywhere that’s flat. Negatives:Delivery box was damaged and I had to glue a plastic bit back on that had broken off. Not happy

How long will it last?
After 232 steps the clasp on the rubber bands gave up the ghost. Almost fell off. I wonder when the next thing breaks? I don't have a lot of confidence. The adjusment screw unserneath appears to do nothing. To be honest the exercise is not so good but better than nothing in these covid days.

Not really a workout - more just getting the blood flowing
A simple device, came ready assembled. Useful for getting you a little more active. There is no adjustment for the resistance, it’s stuck on one setting and it is quite simple, you’d have to use it for quite a while to experience a good workout.I’d recommend this for the elderly or people who are struggling to get walking again after an injury, but not for anyone serious about a workout - you’d get more from running up and down the stairs.A question I see asked a lot is “can you use this under desks while seated” - I have to say I think the answer is no. Based on the angles you’d have to move your feet, it would likely pull a muscle.

Poor quality
This item arrived with a damaged counter. Still waiting for a refund to be processed. Also the plastic feels very flimsy.

RIP OFF.
Began to disentegrate within three days. I am well within the weight limit. Despite tightening the screw it flattened out, so there was virtually no lift in the step. The metal chain supporting the wheel frayed. Then the wheel fell off into two pieces. The manufacturers should hang their greedy heads in shame. Worst Xmas present ever!!
