Great bag and great company: Can't go wrong with this bag
Why do I collect bags like some people collect shoes? Because they are awesome and have purposes depending on size and functionality. This bag is a good size for a whole lot of scenarios and the organization is great. I often keep it loaded up with stuff so I could grab it in a pinch but it feels at home taking it for a weekend trip with the family. High quality construction and you honestly can't go wrong with this company. I have several bags, slings, and fanny's and they all are awesome.

The most amazing bag. I am SAR K9, and I carry alot of gear, even in my EDC. This pack is fun to use, and for as much as I carry, easy on the shoulders - and I have a very damaged arm, so easy of wear is vital. Conceal carry pocket is easy to use, and can be accessed when one shoulder, probably would have to be a contortionist to access when on both shoulders. But the padding is excellent and you would never know you are carrying.Eberlestock for the win! Switchblade for the double win

My new Camera Bag !
Excellent build quality. Extremely well padded shoulder straps for carrying gear. I will use this bag for camera gear. It fits an FSTOP camera cube measuring 12x 7 x7 which holds two Sony A7 III plus 24-70mm attached and 100-400mm attached. Two side bottle pockets allow for tripod and bottle of water. If you are looking to add a padded waist belt , I found that theSkyweight Hip Belt works perfectly as the Eberlestock hip belts have been out of stock for some time. Note that the dimensions on website are incorrect. The bag is 12 inches wide not 9 inches. This makes the volume of this bag closer to 25 liters.

Great for light weight long rucks!
Phenomenal bag I ruck 8 miles with 35lbs 3 times a week and my back feels great using this back and I have chronic back pain. It’s a great EDC bag too with great pocket organization and plenty of space. Obviously great craftsmanship and super durable. I’m a veteran and outside of a framed pack this is the best bag I’ve ever used to ruck.

Excellent bag
I love this bag. I purchased it and took it on a trip to NYC recently. I stored a bunch of my kids toys and a change of cloths… basically a man’s diaper bag. Everything fit just fine and it held up great. I do have a few criticisms and a few thoughts. First, it’s not the best bag for the task that I used it for. Sure it worked but it’s a heavier bag and would be better for outdoor use. I do a lot of range work so it’s excelled at that. The interior pockets are the perfect size for AR mags and you can fit a pistol AR or pistol scorpion or something like that with a folding stock with no problems. The padding for your back is excellent but everytime I took the bag off I had sweaty back. It’s a small gripe but still better venting would be nice. The bag has a certain shape/mold to it which helps you fit things in it but when you aren’t carrying much it doesn’t collapse. This was an issue at a point because I kept bumping people with it at stores I walked into. Again, wouldn’t be an issue for it’s intended purpose. The side pouches that are intended to be accessed by turning the bag to the side work very well so you do t have to take the whole bag off. I haven’t used the conceal carry slot on it but the pocket Intended for your pistol is big so a full size Glock or 1911 should be no issues. On a side note I have a gunslinger II and I’ve done long hauls with a 20lb rifle and a shotgun stowed on the side and the bag eats it up. This bag is the same way. It’s built extremely tough and is extremely durable. It’s best function would be a “go” bag if you know what I mean. On paper this bag is expensive but Enerlestock makes top tier stuff. The stitching is tight and the fabrics they use is thick and tough. If your looking for a camp bag or a range bag or something of that nature then this is a great option. If your looking for a book bag or a man bag then there are better options.

Nice pack, but not worth the asking price
This bag is well designed and thoughtfully laid out. I really like the top pocket organization, EDC and essential items can be securely stowed and easily accessed. The interior (black model) is a nice light green material helping to highlight items in the bag. The main compartment features a U shaped full that provides excellent access. I’ve had quite a few bags of this style and this is one of my favorites as far as the layout. I love dual water bottle pockets, however I prefer lay flat pockets that are more aesthetically appealing. I also found the draw string closures on these to be somewhat cumbersome and the height of the pockets to be a little too short. The harness is adjustable but even maxed out I don’t think it would have been long enough for my torso 23”, it was hard to tell because it doesn’t come with a waist belt. The harness is just ok in my opinion, with regards to comfort. There is nothing exceptional with regards to the shape or padding of the straps. The back of the pack is nicely padded, more so than most packs this size.I can’t give this bag five stars because it’s priced like a premium bag but it doesn’t utilize premium materials. The bag material is not specified. It feels nice but other bags in this price range utilize materials like 500D Cordura and self sealing YKK pvd coated water resistant zippers. Materials not found on the Switchblade. The Switchblade is compatible with a waist belt but this requires an additional purchase of around $30. At the time of my purchase the waist belt was not available in the black color way.Shipping was slow, 11 days from order until delivery. Eberlestock also charges return fees.Overall it’s a good bag but I think there are better bags with better materials in this price range.

Great backpack
Great daily backpack. Fits computer, lunchbox, and gym close nicely. The abnormal zipper path takes some getting used to, and needs to be broken in, but it's great now.
