ordered pack of ten. Every single handle had nicks and scratches.
they come packaged separately in foam bags, but they are all scratched. All I can figure it that they are made, thrown in a bin , then packaged after that. We used a few that weren't scratched too much but the rest are not usable.

Inconsistent and MostlyTerrible Quality
Serious QA problems with this product. I bought one directly from the vendor in mid 2020 that was excellent quality. However, in late 2020 I purchased a bulk qty from a big box home improvement vendor, and every piece was nicked or flawed as @tradesman described. Terrible.
