I've had my Vitamin D levels checked for years and always tested very low even though I tried different brands of otc vitamin D supplements. I bought the Biote Vitamin ADK and my Vitamin D levels are FINALLY at normal levels. I think my Vitamin D levels were at 10 before and now they are at 70!!

Really like taking these. The bottle had 3 empty capsules. These are expensive and to have 3 you can't take...ugh.
