What is the size of the paper after it's cut? Pre being made into a button?

It depends on the size of the press you are using. The large one is 2 1/4" finished size so the paper is about 2 3/4". It comes with a die to cut the circles.

Does this come with a large size circular cutter lile the medium that comes with the button press?

It does not come with the cutter

There are multiple videos on YouTube showing you how to operate this Button Press.. Just type in "We R Memory Button Press" and they will popup. This is how I learned.
