The media could not be loaded. Great chairs! I was worried to get these initially because I saw that some people wrote that their chairs came broken, but both chairs that I purchased came in perfect condition! They were extremely easy to put together (probably took about 30 min each chair). We get so many compliments on them, and they really elevate our living room. They aren’t the most comfortable chairs, the cushions are very stiff, but I was getting them more for the looks over comfort. The color is also a bit lighter of a green in person than in the pictures. All around, good quality, great price and very happy I purchased them!

This chair looks very beautiful and was easy to assemble. The cushion is very thick and also quite firm. It’s comfortable, but like “sitting in your dentist’s waiting room” comfortable, not “curl up in your favorite chair with your favorite book on a rainy day” comfortable. That being said, the value for the money can’t be beat. I put this chair in my office and am very happy with it.

These chairs are a beautiful color. They were easy to assemble and sat my 200lb boyfriend no problem. He’s also over 6’ and found them to be more comfortable than anticipated despite his long legs. The seats are deep and the back slightly reclines. The pillows are a great bonus. The chairs are fairly comfortable but a little stiff. Definitely couldn’t nap in them but perfect for just sitting or entertaining. The pieces that extend onto the back support didn’t quite sit flush with the arm rest/base wood beans, but is sturdy regardless. There is a cross beam that supports the seat on the front, but not one on the back. I was weary about the support for the seat but once tightened, it held up just fine. These are an excellent addition to our living room.

After 4 months of abandonment, I finally achieved success assembling this chair!It's a lovely chair. I like the fabric, the wood isn't the same tone as pictured so I thought I'd refinish it to a warmer color, but no. It's fine. I can live with the ashy color.I recommend you ignore the assembly instructions. Trying to attach the seat to the back was the most difficult. I'd think I had the bolt in the receiving hole and screw and screw and screw and screw and screw only to find out I was screwing into a void. It's definitely a blind spot. According to the instructions, I connected the two sides with the wood cross bar. Except, when I then tried to attach the cushions the wood frame was off kilter.So, it's a great chair once it's assembled, but toss out the instructions.

I’d give this negative stars if I could.Chair was ridiculously difficult to put together and then when it couldn’t be finished due to poor quality, the item could not be taken apart. The seller was zero help, almost mocking. They asked for all kinds of information including video and sku number on box. Surprised they didn’t want a DNA sample too. Neither the seller nor Amazon could grasp the concept of not being able to take the piece of crap apart again to send it back. Don’t even get me started on their A-Z claim resolution team. You send them multiple claims with the photos requested and they act like they never received it. I have tried to resolve this issue multiple times by doing this and got nowhere. Don’t trust this seller for anything and definitely don’t expect Amazon to help you in any way. They also lie to you about getting your refund.TLDR: don’t waste your time this product and this seller are useless

The chair is comfortable, quality and beautiful. We love how it look and feel when seating on the chair. It march with our furniture and fireplace. Love the chair and will recommend to friends and family

I bought these chairs during the latest Prime Deals so this is only an initial report.Shipping was awful. They sat for 4 days in Georgia before shipping then another 3 in Oregon. I ordered two chairs and the boxes arrived without damage. Packaging was excellent.Watch the video! I assembled the chairs without any assistance in less than an hour. The video was quite helpful and very easy to follow.As noted in the photos, some parts were sub par: joints not aligning, sections not sanded, scuffed wood. These are mostly hidden once assembled.The chair bottoms are firm which I like. As noted by other reviewers, I too will buy larger pillows to replace the included lumbar ones. These pillows are too small to be functional and too similar in color to serve as accents.The chair frames are solid! I wanted accent chairs that would be easy to sit in and get out of (for aging friends and relatives). Since the backs do not slope significantly and the arms are very supportive these should fill this need. The drawings show 18” seat height; mine measure a full inch shorter. The height was a selling point so not being as advertised was disappointing.The bolts are inset but the holes are visible. I’m sure the local hardware store will have some wood plugs I can pop in so they look more finished.I do like the beige color and the overall look of the chairs. They are comfortable and for the price, a good buy. As noted above though, there are several minor items and I did consider returning them because of these.
