Oh boy did I desperately want to like this headset stand. Literally everything is perfect or acceptable about this product except for the one thing where it needs to shine the most- the RGB lighting! This product like too many other LED products made for gamers doesn't have enough lighting profiles. My entire setup uses Yellow lights, yellow hardware, yellow everything. RGB products are usually weak when it comes to yellow lights bc yellow is hard to achieve using only RGB (it's technically not possible actually- but they fudge it with mixing red and green). A side note: Manufacturers need to completely rethink how they do rainbow lighting to include ALL colors of the color wheel with dedicated yellow and white LEDs included in their products #YellowLightsMatter. I was willing to accept that though, and allow a yellow tone that would be more orange or greenish in tint. This stand won't even do solid colors at all. Imagine making an awesome product but skimping on the easiest part- programming it. I would have even accepted a solid red profile- I just can't stand most colors much less breathing, blinking or changing lighting profiles. You can choose between 2 different breathing solid color cycling profiles.A rainbow that extends and retracts around the portal.A shimmering solid color cycle.A snaking solid color cycle.A full RGB rotating constantly on rainbow.And a tricolor rotating constantly on color chase.I will be returning this for something with a better list of profiles that doesn't only suit full RGB Unicorn Puke finatics. Gross! 🤢🤮 Where has simplicity and class gone?

When I was reading the reviews of this product a lot of people mentioned that one of the downfalls was that it didn't have static color modes. Upon arrival, I tested out the device and it does indeed have static color modes (although it still doesn't have static yellow as an option). I am assuming that this is a newer update to the device. I just thought I should mentioned it incase anyone was thinking about buying.

What does warmth and thickness have to do with the product? I originally bought this because I wanted to connect my headphone to this for audio. Audio does not work. Besides that everything seems fine. Can anyone answer what EQ means? I press that button and nothing happens. I bought this so I can use speaker and my headphone separately, but when I play fps game my mic will all of sudden not work or I get no sound on headphone. I have to reconfigure randomly because pc will detect the portal instead. For $50 I am literally using this as headphone stand and nothing else.

Love this product. It's really beautifully made, and I feel like quality often lacks in items like this. I'm serious, I think I could take out a home invader with this thing. My ONLY critique is that it wasn't specified that you can't pick a solid color from the RGB to leave it on- so you're stuck endlessly rainbow cycling, even on different modes. Still a gorgeous item, just wish that there were better specifications/instructions that were given pre-purchase.

This headset stand is really awesome Im so glad I bought it. The rgb is nice and bright and the usb ports as well as headphone jack work excellent. Great product thank you!
