A bit on the large size, but great value and appear to be effective
So far as I know these are working fine as I'm not experiencing any aches and pains - I'd have to stop taking them to really find out.Some folks have commented on the size of the tablets. These are on the big side to swallow, especially as I usually take my vits and sups without a glass of water. I can see these might pose a problem to some people. Also compared to another slightly smaller type I bought previously (which were also 1500mg), these do not have a shiny smooth coating - they have a bit of a powdery texture (if that makes sense) which doesn't help. However I've discovered that on the occasion when I've not managed to swallow it in one it's not unpleasant to chew these - it's not like getting an aspirin stuck in your mouth.And very good value for a year's supply.

Glucosamine effect on knees
I have now taken this since Christmas and don’t know whether it’s doing me any good or not. My knees are no worse but certainly no better! Give it another couple of months and hope for the best!!

They work well for bone and cartridge health.
I was dubious about this product, as I had purchased a different one previously. That did not work for me. I checked the ingredients from my previous Glucosamine & Chondroitin Complex, high strength, against this one. They appeared the same. I have been taking them for my back and an old ankle injury and I am very pleased to say that they work as well as my previous ones. Just new packaging.

My knees make less cracking noise
The media could not be loaded. Bought it mainly for my knees as they are making a rather loud cracking noises when bending. After taking this for few weeks, it feels that sound is less noticable, maybe it is just my imagination. Tablets although are on the larger side, are easy to swallow. Please note that you can smell light turmeric smell from capsules, but barely noticable.

Easy to take
Capsules are quite large but are easy to take because of the coating, seem to do the job. Would buy again
