Great for running. Quick attachment. I leave the ring attachment on my belly pack, and attach the spray when I run on hidden trails.

I think it's a good idea for everyone to be prepared in case of any dangerous encounter with other humans. This thing is compact, lasts a good while (depending on usage, but overall not bad), packs a punch and brings a clip to attach to your keychain.

I got these because I wanted to discretely stash them throughout my house and this was a good buy.. Black is less conspicuous .The instructions couldn’t be easier-I’m hoping I don’t ever need to use any of these, or anything bigger in my arsenal.But I’m prepared either way.🖤
