Not sure if these vitamin supplements actually work or not. Nevertheless, they come with a delicious taste that makes you want to gulp down more than the two per day as prescribed by the company on the item's back label. Also, they should replace the cyanocobalamin found in these gummies with methylcobalamin, which is much better digested by the body.

What a delicious way to take your vitamins! I like being able to combine strong vitamins together! I was low in both of these and after a month of taking them, my bloodwork is now normal!
